C&B Construction Inc. was formed by merging two established companies together as one. Co-owners Jose Cisneros and Herminio Cisneros of C&C Drywall formed an alliance with owner John Burton of Burton Interior and Exterior Contractor Inc. C&B Construction Inc. is now a leader in both commercial and residential construction. This partnership brings 25 years of experience, knowledge, quality craftsmanship, and superior customer service. We service Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
